University Affiliations
A critical distinction of LightBridge’s research-based care program is its affiliations with major University Research Centers located throughout the country. LightBridge partners with major University Health Science Centers, such as the University of Texas and the University of Maryland, among others, by way of an affiliation agreement with the Medical and/or Nursing Schools. LightBridge and the University of Maryland are working together on a variety of joint research grants for the National Institutes of Health. LightBridge and University faculty and students staff these NIH research grants to conduct, among other things, ongoing translational research. | ![]() |
