Sometimes we are so concerned about getting our loved-ones to eat that we forget about the great importance of drinking! Even when someone refuses to eat, we need to get them to drink! small amounts throughout the day may help in keeping someone hydrated!

Mom loves green tea. I make sure she always has a glass near her chair or if it's cold outside, I make it hot for her. Hydration is very important to all of us, but especially elders.
