TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:
PROBLEM: Program won't start:
- Place the disc in your computer with the label side up.
- ‘AutoPlay' may be turned off for your CD/DVD drive.
- You can start the program by opening ‘My Computer", locate and open your CD/DVD drive and double click Start.exe
PROBLEM: Program does not display correctly:
- This program must run at a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768.
- Higher resolutions should work correctly, although there will be extra space around the edges.
- To check your screen resolution, use Display in the Windows Control Panel. Click the Settings tab to view your current resolution, and adjust it if necessary.
PROBLEM: No sound
- Check all speaker connections. Some speakers systems need to be powered on.
- Adjust speaker volume knobs, and the Windows volume control (click the Speaker icon near the time in the lower right corner of your desktop).
- Try adjusting the volume control in the lower left corner of the screen while the program is running.
PROBLEM: Poor video or performance
- Some minor pauses and hesitation are normal due to standard PC technology, but should not be so severe as to interfere with your ability to use the program.
- Close all other programs before inserting the disc.
- Computers that do not meet the minimum requirements will have more difficulty playing this high quality program smoothly.
